During a Nutritional Consultation you will be treated as a unique individual. Just as your body has its own nutritional requirements, you have your own requirements.
You may be a busy Mum with little time for preparing food or cooking, or a city broker who prefers to pick up food on the run. You may dislike certain foods or have a strict shopping budget. You may like to make changes very slowly, or to do it all at once. Whatever your requirements, we will work together to devise a realistic and workable Nutritional Program to suit YOU and YOUR lifestyle.
Before we meet for our consultation you will be asked to keep a food diary. This enables me to look at your routines and habits, and your strengths and weaknesses so that I can then take these into consideration when devising your programme.
You will also be required to fill in a Personal Health Questionnaire, which asks about your symptoms, health concerns, and any medication you are on etc. You will need to send this back to me prior to our consultation so that I can assess your case and prepare any relevant material.
The initial consultation will last 1 hour. It is recommended that you attend at least one follow up consultation, approximately one month after your initial consultation. This allows us to view your progress and make any relevant alterations to your programmme to move you forward. I find it also gives my clients more motivation. A series of follow up consultations is much more effective in enabling us to tailor your program and achieve your goal.

If you answer yes to any of the above questions then I can offer consultations via WEB CAM or the telephone.
It is always preferable to meet clients face to face for at least the first consultation and I would urge you to try and visit the clinic if you are able to do so, however I appreciate that there are some circumstances which makes this impossible.
For consultations by webcam you will need to have your own webcam installed and be registered with MSM or Skype.
